I was "Rookie of the Year" for Coldwell Banker JME Realty in my first year in the business, but I had a master's degree and over 20 years of experience in the field of marketing prior to entering real estate. In 2003, I was named Coldwell Banker JME's Relocation Agent of the Year and in 2005, I received the "Marketing Star Award" and the "Broker's Award" for excellence to add to my "Top Listing Agent" award, having listed more than $30,000,000 that year. My sales volume puts me in the top 3% of all Coldwell Banker agents internationally. In 2008, I moved to Keller Williams Realty. My sales volume at Keller Williams Realty - closing over $30 million for the year - earned the coveted Platinum award, the first for the Pensacola Market Center and put our team as the #1 team for the Gulf Coast region.
One of my biggest accomplishments is obtaining the coveted Certified Residential Specialist (CRS) designation. Only 4% of all real estate agents obtain the CRS designation, but CRS agents sell over 30% of all real estate sold in the U.S. A CRS agent has to have sold over $25,000,000 in real estate and taken advanced courses in a variety of real estate specialty areas. By the time an agent receives their CRS designation they have seen it all!
