We are selective about the Pensacola homes our team chooses to list. After all, our goal is to SELL homes, not just LIST homes.
In order to live up to the trust our clients put in our ability to sell their Pensacola homes we look for several things; homes that are well maintained, located in desirable locations and owned by sellers who will price them at appraisal value. Then we go the important extra mile and make sure the homes we list have a full complement of attractive, compelling photos. After all, most people start their home search on the internet and first impressions happen only once!
Have you ever seen a home for sale with only one – usually fuzzy – photo placed in the MLS (Multiple Listing Service)? How about a home listed with NO photos in the MLS? Unfortunately, poor photos or missing photos in listings are not that unusual. I always wonder how the seller feels when they see their home advertised like this!
When we take a listing we want our homes to stand out from the rest when viewed online. We have invested in great photography equipment and learned how to showcase a home. And, we aren’t afraid to “Go Pro” when the circumstances demand it.
By “Go Pro” I mean investing in a professional photographer. For instance, aerial photography can be very effective, particularly in selling waterfront homes where a simple shot of the front of the home does not capture the setting as effectively as a photo that takes in the waterfront setting.
