This small town of roughly 6,600 people boasts well-regarded schools, a hospital, library, recreation center, public boat launch and picnic area, dog park and a central shopping area. For the first eight months of 2010 the average sold price of a home in Gulf Breeze was $236,750, and the median sold price was $177,500. Two hundred seven homes sold during this time period with the average days on the market registering at 126 days and the sale to list price coming in at 93%.
