As out-of-town buyers and a military family we were apprehensive about finding a house and using a realtor responsive to our needs/wants. My wife did hours of research on-line about the area and reading reviews of realtors. We came across a blog in which Robin Sherman responded to a question. She was very professional and sounded knowledgable. It eally stuck out she was the only realtor not advertising or fishing for clients on the blog. We decided to send them an email and corresponded three times before deciding to use them.

From the very beginning the team was responsive. We were matched with Ruthie Johnson. Since we only had a few days to house-hunt, we used their website to select our "favorites." Based on these we (with our 1 year-old in tow) met with Ruthie. We were very impressed with her "plan of attack." Her GPS was pre-programmed so we could go from house to house. She was very attentive and responsive to our feedback on the areas and homes we were seeing. We threw in a few curveballs after seeing homes and Ruthie worked late into the night preparing for days 2 and 3. We finally found a house that was the perfect fit for our family. They even negotiated in a few upgrades for us. When we closed Robin Sherman also attended closing and was there with us. We truly felt it was like having family members walk us through the process.

As very cautious consumers and military family who has completed 6 moves in 14 years, we can only offer our positive opinion and endorsement of the team at Grand Points Realty and Ruthie Johnson. They have exceeded our expectations before, during, and AFTER buying our home.

My name is Karla McDonald, and I'm currently living in Maryland with my husband, Nathan. He is an active duty Marine, and when we found out we'd be stationed in Pensacola again, I began my search for a new home! I started with a broad search, and was working with 4 different realtors early on. Jessica Schnell was one of them. And within a few short weeks of early searching, Jessica stood out from the rest by a mile! So, she's the realtor I chose to stick with. I've moved 9 times in the past 10 years, and have worked with a lot of different realtors. None have compared to Jessica! Here's why:

Since I began working with her, she's been amazing! She has been so patient (I can only imagine how challenging it was working with us half of the country away!), so accommodating (driving all around and taking hundreds of pictures, and awesome notes for every 'prospect' we found), and so available (answering countless questions as quickly as we could ask them- days and nights, weekdays and weekends!).

Recently, she graciously gave up a holiday weekend (after I had to change the date on her 3 or 4 times) to show me (and my aunt) houses all around town. When I finally got to meet her, I felt like I already knew her! She was just as real, as friendly, as professional and understanding as she'd been from the start!

I was anxious about the process, not really looking forward to trudging through property after property. We gave her a list of places just days before I arrived in town. Once I got there, she had all of the places mapped out, totally organized with appointments set and info packets ready to go! She was upbeat and full of great information, helpful hints, and great advice. Her expertise allowed us to glide through what felt like a Herculean feat of house searching with ease.

We finally have settled on a new home, and she continues to be in touch, helping with our questions and concerns every step of the way!
